About Pier & Lighthouse: Merge Story
“The lighthouse keeps the truth.” That's all Grandma's last letter says. Hazel comes home to Brightwater Pier and finds the diner boarded up, the boardwalk falling apart and the lighthouse dark for almost forty years. She has one summer to save the pier before Mr. Whitlock tears it down, and every place she repairs turns up a new clue: an old photo from the summer of '87, a keeper's logbook, a note that reads “M., meet me at the light. E.” What really happened on the night the light went dark?
Under the mystery is a cozy merge-2 restoration game. Merge fries, taffy, planks and lanterns, fill the townsfolk's orders and fix up five places along the pier: the diner, the arcades, the beach cove, the boathouse and the lighthouse itself. Every restored spot changes the scene in place and lets you pick its style.
How to play
Drag two identical items together to merge them into a better one. Tap generators (the fryer, the tool crate, the taffy puller and more) to make new items; each tap costs one energy, and energy refills over time. Fill the characters' orders to earn starfish, then spend starfish on restoration tasks with the hammer button: every repair brings the pier back and uncovers the next clue. Finish a day's tasks to open its chest, finish a place to travel on to the next one. Works with mouse and touch.
